GB/T1028一2018 工业余能资源评价方法 范围 本标准界定了工业余能相关术语,规定了工业余能的分类和评价方法 本标准适用于工业余能资源的评价 术语和定义 下列术语和定义适用于本文件 2.1 余能srplusenergy 工业生产工艺系统消耗输人能源后输出可利用的能量 2.2 carrier 余能载体spls energy 包含余能的物质 2.3 余能量qwantityofsurplusenery 余能的数量 理论可利用余能量theoretieallyavailablequamtityofsurplus emergy 以标准环境参数(温度25C,压力0.1MPa)、完全氧化反应物质为基准,余能载体所具有的余 能量 2.5 技术经济可利用余能量teehnieallyandeeonomiellyayailablequantityofsurplusenery 经技术经济评估后确定具有回收经济价值的最大可利用的余能量 2.6 recoveryrateofsurpls 余能利用率 enery 回收利用的余能量与理论可利用余能量比值 注:以百分数表示 2.7 余热srplusheat 工业生产工艺系统消耗输人能源后输出可利用的热能 2.8 余压surpluspressureenergy 工业生产工艺系统消耗输人能源后输出可利用的压力能 2.9 化学余能surpluschemiealenery 工业生产工艺系统消耗输人能源后输出可利用的化学能
GB/T1028一2018 2.10 余冷wasteeoldener 工业生产工艺系统消耗输人能源后,由于工质温度低于环境温度,系统可利用的能量 2.11 可用势availablepotentialenergy 单位工质在某一状态下的最大做功能力 3 余能资源分类 工业余能根据余能类型分为以下几类:余热,余压、化学余能、余冷及其他余能 根据工业余能载体形态分为以下几类:固态载体余能、液态载体余能、气态载体余能、混合态载体 余能 工业余能资源评价 4.1工业余能资源评价内容 工业余能资源评价应包括以下五个方面: 余能量; a b)能量密度; c 品位 d 回收利用对环境的影响; 余能资源等级 e 4.2余能量 4.2.1余能量计算首先确定边界,边界可按区域(省,市、县、工业园、工厂地理区域)和系统(工艺系统 划分 4.2.2余能量分为理论可利用余能量和技术经济可利用余能量. 4.2.3理论可利用余能量针对余能载体的全部余能含量进行评价;技术经济可利用余能量用于评价现 有技术条件下具有回收经济价值的余能量 4.2.4余能量一般以年计,按式(1)进行计算: Q,=习mh1一h 式中 -年余能量,单位为千焦每年(/a); Q 第,种余能载体年总量,单位为千克每年或标准立方米每年(kg/a或m'/a); 77 -第i种余能载体比熔,单位为千焦每千克或千焦每标准立方米(k/kg或k/m=) h; -第i种余能载体能量回收利用后比烙,单位为千焦每千克或千焦每标准立方米(k]/kg或 h2 k/m 注:计算理论可回收余能量时,ha为标准环境参数(温度25C,压力0.1MPa)条件下余能载体比烙;计算技术经济 可利用余能量时,h,.为采用具有经济价值的具体技术回收利用余能后,余能载体比烙 4.2.5余能利用率按式(2)计算 (2 e,=Q/Q×100%
