GB/T5102一2004 前 言 本标准是对GB/T5102一1985《渐开线花键拉刀技术条件》的修订,按GB/T1.1一2000进行了编 辑性修改 本标准与GB/T5102一1985相比主要变化如下: 增加了“前言”,"第1章范围”,“第2章规范性引用文件”的内容 -增加了标准压力角an=37.5"的渐开线花键拉刀量棒跨棒距M值、M值的极限偏差,齿形公差 等; -删除“拉刀齿形均为平齿根 ao=45"时,用直线齿形代替渐开线齿形” 3.7中增加了“M值不允许有正锥度,其反锥度应在公差范围内” -将表3,表5中模数用“3”代替“3.5” 3,8,2中增加了“模数小于1m” 增加了“3.8.3标准压力角a,=45”模数大于等于1mm时,齿形公差按表6”并增加表6 1、3.11.2中增加了“对拉刀基准轴线”,将3.11.1中用“跳动最大值应在同一方向”代替 “跳动应在同一方向”; 3.17内容用“拉刀用普通高速工具钢制造,或用高性能高速工具钢制造”代替 3.18中增加“高性能高速工具钢制造的拉刀,切削部分热处理硬度应大于64HHRc” 取消了性能试验一章; 标志中用“制造厂或销售商”代替“制造厂”,“标准编号”代替“本标准编号” 包装中用“牢固”代替“可靠”,删除“封存有效期一年” 资料性附录c中模数1mm以上(包括模数1mm)删除齿槽半角e 本标准的附录A、附录B附录C是资料性附录 本标准由机械工业联合会提出 本标准由全国刀具标准化技术委员会归口 本标准由哈尔滨第一工具厂负责起草 本标准主要起草人;张新国,王家喜、,邢义、于岩 本标准所代替的历次版本发布情况为 GB/T5102一1985
