GB/T3286.9一2014 6.2试样应加工至粒度小于0.125mm. 6.3石灰石,白云石试样分析前在105C110C干燥2h,置于干燥器中冷却至室温 6.4冶金石灰试样的制备应迅速进行,制成后试样立即置于磨口瓶或塑料袋中密封,于干燥器中保存, 分析前试样不进行干燥 分析步骤 7.1 测定次数 对同一试样(6.3或6.4),至少独立测定两次 7.2试料量 石灰石、白云石试样称取0.50段试料,精确至0.0001g 对冶金石灰,应快速称取试料,二氧化碳 量小于10.0%时,称取2.0g试料,大于10.0%时,称取1.0只试料,精确至0.0001g 7.3仪器及装置的检查 7.3.1检查之前,测定系统中各弹簧夹及活塞,除C关闭外,其余均处于开启状态 7.3.2打开抽气水门,控制水流速度,使测量系统的气流速度稳定在200mL/min左右 7.3.3调节活塞后,使气流速度保持在180mL/min左右 关闭A,保持数分钟,此时气体洗瓶(5.10) 和气体洗瓶(5.14)中气泡应逐渐减少直至消失 否则,说明测定系统中有漏气之处,如有漏气,应逐段 检查,查明漏气部位并进行处理,直至整个系统严密不漏气 7.4仪器及装置的校验 仪器及装置的校验按7.5操作,称取0.50g(精确至0.0001日)已于105C110C干燥2h并冷却 至室温的碳酸钙(4.6)作为试料,测得的二氧化碳量在43.97%士0.35%范围内时,说明测定系统无误, 即可进行试样分析 7.5测定 7.5.1调节活塞E,使气流速度控制在170mL/nmin180mL/nmin,保持约15min 关闭F,待气体洗 瓶(5,10)中气泡停止后,依次关闭吸收二氧化碳U形管(5.12)和U形管(5.11)的活塞,将吸收二氧化碳 U形管(5.12)取下 以洁净纱布轻轻擦拭,于天平箱中放置15nmin,称量 注,当空气相对湿度小于45%,用微湿纱布擦拭,以消除静电作用对称量的影响 7.5.2再将吸收二氧化碳U形管(5.12)连接于测定系统中,按7.5.1操作,直至前后二次称量差不大于 0.5mg,取最后一次称得之质量为吸收二氧化碳前U形管(5.12)的质量 7.5.3连接好吸收二氧化碳U形管(5.12),关闭B,D,取下溶样锥形瓶(5.6),将试料(7.2)转移至溶样 锥形瓶(5.6)中,以少量水冲洗杯壁 7.5.4将溶样锥形瓶(5.6)连接在测定装置中,打开D和直形冷凝管(5.7)的水流 于特制加酸管(5.5) 中加人15m磷酸(4.8)(石灰试样加30mL磷酸),缓缓打开活塞c,滴加4滴~5滴磷酸(4.8),待剧 烈反应停止后再加4滴一5滴,如此反复,直至反应完毕 将特制加酸管(5.4)中余酸加人溶样锥形瓶 5.6)中(留有1mL2mL.),于特制加酸管(5.4)中加10ml.水,打开C,将水加人溶样锥形瓶(5.6)中 关闭cC留有1mL2mL水) 将溶样锥形瓶(5.6)缓缓加热至沸并保持2nmin,关闭热源 1180 7.5.5打开B,调节活塞E,使气流保持在170mL/nmin mL/min,保持通气约1.5h 7.5.6关闭F,待气体洗瓶(5.10)中气泡停止,依次关闭吸收二氧化碳U形管(5.12)和U形管(5.11)的 活塞,将吸收二氧化碳U形管(5.12)取下 以洁净纱布轻轻擦拭见7.5.1注),于天平箱中放置
