P, 6.3 使用示例 顺流干燥机间接加热干燥玉米,环境温度4=-15C、环境相对湿度RH=40%、环境大气压力力 =98700Pa、热风温度4,=140C、热风表观风速w=0.5m'/ms)进机粮食湿基含水率M= 3级.5%.出机粮食湿基含水率M一15.3%.现场试验条件下的单位耗热量测定值Q=800/k"Ho. 处理量测定值P=14.3t/h 现将现场试验条件下的指标折算为标准条件指标 第一步,在附录A单位耗热量折算系数K,表的玉米中,根据参数值所在区间的两端节点值,采用 线性插值法分步递推,计算出最终折算系数K,值;同理,在附录B处理量折算系数K 表的玉米中,计 算出最终折算系数K 值 K 值与K,值求解过程相同 以K,值为例,求解过程如表3所示 求得:K,=0,9672,K =1.7646
