GB/35998一2018 甘蔗和蔗渣的蔗糖分、锤度及 纤维分测定湿式分解法 范围 本标准规定了糖料甘蔗和蔗渣蔗糖分,锤度及纤维分测定方法 本标准适用于糖料甘蔗和蔗渣的蔗糖分、锤度及纤维分湿式分解法分析 规范性引用文件 下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的 凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文 件 凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件 GB/T6682分析实验室用水所用规格和试验方法 GB/T9289制糖工业术语 术语和定义 GB/T9289界定的术语和定义适用于本文件 方法提要 测定的第一步是把经过甘蔗制样切磨机(简称切磨机)或撕解机处理后的蔗丝(或蔗渣)加上一定量 的水,用甘蔗制样分解机简称分解机)进行搅拌撕解 分解机在设定时间内高速运转搅拌 通过滤网 对渗出混合汁进行过滤,然后测定混合汁的锤度、糖度和蔗糖分 测定的第二步是将定量的蔗丝(或蔗渣)放人恒温干燥箱内,在规定条件下进行干燥,根据损失的质 量测定其水分 甘蔗(或蔗渣)的蔗糖分是通过测定渗出混合汁的蔗糖分及锤度和甘蔗(或蔗渣)水分,根据公式计 算确定 甘蔗(或蔗渣)的锤度和纤维分也是通过处理上述测定数据,根据公式计算得到 主要试剂 5.1碱性醋酸铅;化学纯,粒度要求应全部可通过筛孔0.42mm且至少有70%可通过筛孔0.12mm的 筛网 滤纸;定量滤纸 5.2 24.85“Bx盐酸溶液;以1000mL浓盐酸(密度1.19g/mL)缓缓加人850mL水中,并准确补正其 5.3 浓度至24.85“Bx(20C 5.4231.5g/L氯化钠溶液;称取经120干燥后的氧化钠231.5g溶于适量水中,移人1000ml容 量瓶,加水稀释至刻度 5.5蒸僧水:GB/T6682中规定的三级水
GB/T35998一2018 6 主要仪器 6.1工业天平;称量20kg,感量0.lg 6.,2分析天平;感量0,1g 6.3旋光仪;分度值为0.01Z 6.4恒温干燥箱:工作温度为125C130C 6.5观测管;长度为200mm 6.6滤网:直径250mm,筛孔0.038mm. 6.7折光锤度计;分度值为0.05'Bx 6.8温度计:分度值为0.1C 6.9恒温水浴锅:保持在60.0士2.0)C 6.10托盘;长×宽×高为260mm×130mm×50mm的铝盘 采样 7.1蔗丝采样 蔗丝采样应具有代表性,应在最后一座撕解机的出口处进行间隙,均匀地采样,采集15min的集合 样品约l0kg 7.2甘蔗采样 蔗场甘蔗采样应具有代表性 在甘蔗卸人输蔗槽前,每2h采取有代表性的全茎甘蔗2条,放在不 被日晒雨淋的阴凉地方,积集至约10kg,用切磨机处理甘蔗,把料桶中的蔗丝混合均匀 7.3取样 从撕解机采集的蔗丝样品(或经切磨机处理的蔗丝样品)按四分法对蔗丝进行二次分离,得到最终 用来分析的样品 为防止蔗丝样品的水分燕发损失,应立刻进行以下测定步骤 8 测定步骤 8.1撕解 称取2000g样品;把蔗丝放进分解机的搅拌桶内,加人6000g的蒸僧水 打开冷却水阀并保证 冷却水流量满足冷却要求,搅拌30min 从搅拌桶倒出约300ml渗出混合汁,用筛孔为0.038mm的 筛网或滤布)进行过滤,用600tmL的锥形瓶收集混合汁滤液,放置至室温后,摇动锥形瓶使滤液混合 均匀备用 注:如果分析压榨效能即需要对各座榨机压榨后排出的蔗渣进行分析,注意甘蔗(或蔗渣)的量应有所不同,以保持 恒定的纤维百分比 即对蔗丝建议用量为2kg,对第一座榨机蔗渣用量为1kg,第二、三座榨机蔗渣为800g 第四座至末座榨机蔗渣为600g,加水量恒为6kg 8.2锤度测定 打开折射仪的棱镜,滴加适量的混合汁滤液在棱镜上,迅速闭合并锁紧 调节光源,转动棱镜手轮 使视场中明暗分界线恰在十字线中心,即可读取混合汁滤液的折光锤度并记录为B 折光锤度计是以20C为标准,如测定时温度不是20C,应查锤度温度改正表(见附录A)予以更正
